Michael Zaccaria

Hair Stylist

Michael was born in Southern Italy to a family dedicated to fashion and style. He is a third generation hair stylist who developed his talent at an early age by observing and assisting his father – a master barber. He began his professional training in the beauty industry at age 15 and opened his first salon by age 18. Michael created his first concept salon in Toronto which quickly became established for the most progressive hair styles. He has since sold his salon to join the Bellezza team in Miami to focus solely on his artistic interests to develop new trends. Michael strongly believes in the trans-formative nature of beauty and chooses to develop an individual’s beauty from the inside out.

Blanca Hernandez

Spa Specialist

Blanca is a native of Puerto Rico and has been in the industry for 15 years. She joined the Bellezza staff in 2002 as an esthetician and massage therapist.  She is truly passionate about skin care and enjoys working with her guests to restore their natural beauty.

Blanca graduated from the LaBelle School of Technology and has completed post graduate courses with Sothys, Guinot, Skinceuticals,  and Obagi.

She preforms all massage and skin care services but specializes in non-surgical face lift treatments created in France by the famed Guinot company.

Blanca’s gentile nature and soft handed approach has been rewarded with an extremely loyal guest following.

Aileen Hernandez

Nail Specialist

Aileen has been in the industry for 10 years and joined the Bellezza team 8 years ago.
Aileen has always had a passion for the care of skin and nails. She is inspired by color and enjoys incorporating the latest hues in her work. Aileen believes “learning is the key to success” and regularly attends advanced education.

Aileen enjoys all nail services but is paticularly sought after for her nail art and sheilac services due to her perfectionism.

Aileen’s favorite product line is the Moforis line.

Maureen Junor

Hair Stylist

Maureen is originally from Jamaica and joined Bellezza Spa 12 years ago.  With 20 years in the industry, Maureen is passionate about cutting and loves the end result, ensuring her clients have the look they want. With a dedicated following of clients, Maureen is warm and professional and delivers the right style every time. Maureen trained at Robert Morgan, but feels she trains everyday alongside the other talented professionals at Bellezza.

The products she relies on are Bumble and Bumble Thickening Spray and Leave-in Conditioner, as well as the Moroccanoil Hydrating Styling Cream, essential for sun-damaged or dry hair.

After 20 years, Maureen still loves what she does and is happy creating long styles, highlighting, and coloring.

Jeannie Gauthier

Hair Stylist

Jeannie is originally from Boston, MA, and has been with Bellezza for over 9 years. With 34 years in the industry, Jeannie was introduced early to life in a salon with a family member owning and operating a salon. Qualifying at the Boston Institute of Design and Esthetics, Jeannie found herself in Miami and started on her path to a very successful career and her position at Bellezza. Jeannie is a master of all styles and is happy creating everything from up-do’s to extensions, specializing in long hair for bride or a runway!

Jeannie lights up the salon with her smile and is always happy, ensuring her clients have the best experience and leave the salon already looking forward to their next visit. Jeannie has extremely loyal clientele.

She states her favorite products are Styling Lotion, Spray De Mode, and Glimmer Shine Spray by Bumble and Bumble as well as Moroccanoil Treatment.

Lillian Segui

Hair Stylist

Lilly, originally from Honduras, has been a member of the Bellezza team for over 12 Years.  With 25 years in the industry, Lilly was always passionate about hair and from a very early age knew she wanted to be in a role that allowed her to be creative!

Lilly has an extensive list of professional qualifications.  After graduating from Wilfred Beauty Academy, she trained at La Puma Salon and went on to color training at The Exchange Academy of Redken in New York.  She has continued with her training, attending programs at the World Studio of Wella and the Bumble & Bumble University also in New York, in addition to working with celebrity stylists Nick Arroyo and Kris Sorbie, to ensure her skills are kept up to date. Lilly is the consummate professional, creating long and short cutting-edge hair styles, and specializes in razor cuts and Balayage; a French freestyle technique of creating natural, hand-painted highlights, in addition to Keratin and color treatments.

When asked about her favorite products, while she has extensive knowledge of all products, she states Redken Chromatics and Wella Kolston Colors, along with Bumble and Bumble Straight Series are the ones she relies on for her creations.

Lilly has a wonderfully warm character and takes great care of all her clients, getting to know them all and understanding their needs!  She remains on the go the whole day and is passionate about keeping fit and trains regularly!

Lynne Bauer

Hair Stylist

Lynne is originally from England and has an impressive 50 years in the industry with 10 years at Bellezza.  Growing up, Lynne loved everything related to the fashion industry and soon found herself on the path to becoming a Master Stylist.

Lynne trained as an apprentice in England becoming a hairdresser at the age of 21, and the rest, as they say, is history.  Keeping up to date with new techniques is extremely important and Lynne recently attended the World Studio of Wella in New York. Lynne is an excellent stylist and loves everything from short razor cuts to classic styling and coloring and is a true professional.

When asked about her favorite products, she relies on the new ‘Straight’ line by Bumble and Bumble and Volumea by Rene Furterer for her creations.

Based on her many reviews, Lynne is truly loved by her clients!
